In order to start the journey with us, we kindly ask that you complete our questionnaire. By completing and returning the questionnaire, this simply holds your potential puppy spot. This does not guarantee a secured spot on our waiting list or a puppy, but simply gives us an understanding into what you are looking for in your puppy and your breeder. After completion of your questionnaire, we will be in touch to confirm receipt.
